It is hereby informed for the general information of No. 6 Ramchandrapur Union that online application for Mother and Child Support Scheme (Maternity) Allowance is ongoing.
Interested candidates can apply on the basis of following qualifications:
1) Must have national identity card.
2) Must have ANC Card (Entry Natal Care Card) issued by Directorate of Health and Family Planning.
3) Applicant age should be 20 to 35 and 4 to 6 months pregnant.
4) Must have SIM and any online bank / mobile banking account in own name.
5) In case of first or second child (any time) can apply for receiving allowance.
6) Bring your own mobile.
